Bobcat!

We have them near our house too. They are fairly common, but you rarely see them, because they don't usually want to be seen.

Occasionally, we see their tracks in the mud in our local parks.

Wow! Beautiful cat, can't imagine one that close. We apparently have a black bear in our neighborhood this summer.
