Sidle up to the Bar
I am not a huge mixed cocktail fan, preferring good bourbon or scotch neat or on the rocks, with the occasional vodka- or gin and tonic in the summer. This, however, is a good one (recipe is per-drink):
Tuscan Cosmopolitan Cocktail
• 1½ ounces Vodka
• ¾ ounce Triple Sec or Grand Marnier
• ½ ounce Cranberry Juice (not cranberry cocktail)
• Juice from ¼ fresh lime
• 2 ounces Prosecco or champagne
Mix first four ingredients in shaker over ice, strain into martini glass, and add Prosecco or champagne. Garnish with lime wedge.
