Anyone Catch the Lunar Eclipse?

all, I couldn't help but take a picture. Its pretty neat to watch the moon (seemingly) go through all of its phases in a few hours. This is just before total eclipse. Sorry the geek in me is showing

Yes, my husband and I went for a walk with the dogs during the eclipse; unfortunately, a cloud covered the show for most of the time. We were able to see the moon at the phase you photographed, and later, when the lighted crescent was at the lower right. A beautiful sight, to be sure.

Thats exactly where it was when i last looked at it. Since it was only about 15 degrees last night, i only looked for a second then went to bed.

Yes! I saw it! It wasn't as orange as I remember as a little kid, but still as fascinating. Too bad I didn't have a telescope...
Did you see the meteor on Tuesday? Maybe it was just near us, but I doubt it. It was all dark out, then super bright for a second, then dark. Almost like someone set of a flash bulb !

the lunar eclipse was great! sat in the greenhouse with my hubby while it was 10 degrees outside, even saw Saruern. got to get my telescope back from son-in-law
