This one needs an immense amount of light to keep the black coloring, but can't get too hot.

Which is why it's in my cold room (40°-55°nights, 65°-70°days) with a 9W 6500K led spot about 1" above it  It's only been under that light for about 2 weeks. I suspect the best is yet to come
