Colchicum was my highlight of the day!
They need to plant some beautiful Japanese maple trees, oh, well...
I'm not sure if someone intentionally left that cute little shoe in the Japanese garden, but it was perfect fit I thought.
I saw metallic green colored bee for the first time!
I swear it was a bee, not a fly!
It was moving so fast and I could barely capture a blurring image before it flew away. I lingered around in the area, but never saw one again, but a bunch of honeybees and big fat bees of some sort.
White German Iris was very sweetly scented.
Then, the spearmint bushes by the benches.
It was a nice visit last week.
Oh, they had a bunch of blooming orchids in the greenhouse, but I could not get close enough to them to take pictures. Aerangis, phrags, paphs, vandas among others.
