Hey folks, how's your weather? Male
Default BTW, Deborah, it is not possible for MY snow

to drift across your driveway. It's still out there! You will probably see me at the show. I will be wearing a nametag and bagging orchids.

Thank God I never have to shovel. Not only has global warming brought me less snow than in years past, but I live on the 9th floor of my apartment building. We all pay someone else to do it for us.

I wondered how to respond. Do I say "Sorry to hear about your problem, sport!" Naw! Do I say something like "Yeah maybe you can shovel the heat"? Naw! Do I say "Global warming will get you before it gets us?" Naw! Do I say "Yup I am jealous of your weather and would move there in a minute if I were actually able." Yes!

Default Well, Deborah, although I live in Springfield

we were "indoctrinated" into the city of Springfield many years ago, but they forgot that we, as citizens of the city, pay taxes like every other citizen and we deserve to have services, just like the rest of our citizenry. I get angry every time I think about this.

Still looks like a dog to me, Gregg!
We are having snow, but I don't care anymore...I have orchids to keep me happy. I'm cooking a turkey soup on my old Glenwood kitchen cookstove and as long as I don't look outside....no snow here! Actually it is snowing very hard right now. We are expected to get a foot through the night. Tomorrow will be sunny and warmer. Can't complain, no one would listen anyway!
Hey, here's a new one for the books. I found out I was having company tomorrow...good friends that I don't get to see very often. The normal thing would be to clean the house and ready, huh? Nope, as soon as I heard they were coming, I started to check all my orchids to make sure their leaves were all shinny and that they were all prettied up for company! What's wrong with that picture????
Winter does funny things to me!
Spring is around the corner, but can't see it anyway cause the snowbanks are to high. Adios! kiki

I think I slid the whole way home today! I really think the snow plows must be all broke down or something because I haven't passed one all day. And then there are all those idiots passing me while going about 50 while I'm clutching the wheel and praying at 25! I never was so happy to arrive home... to my frozen garage door that I had to pry up while the snow melted and dripped into the lace holes in my boots soaking my socks. I (was) having a bad day! I'm STILL hoping to make it to the orchid show on Saturday. I am bound and determined!
