Purchase this at Redland Orchid Show yesterday. The non-USA vendor said to pot it in sphagnum moss and it likes wet and shade. Anyone know what kind of plant it is?

It's a Lycopodium. I can't pinpoint the exact species right now though.
It's available from Röllke orchideen, check their "other plants" section (doesn't work on my mobile).

Probably one of the Lycopodiums considered to be genus Huperzia now, maybe Huperzia squarrosa, pretty commonly cultivated.

The vendor also mention this plant also comes in blue leaves, which costs $500-600 a division.
