As I understand the situation, when you get angry, your nose hurts and causes tears and the people around you tease you for it.
Do you have a nurse or counselor at school? You need to talk to them or a teacher you trust.
Secondly, learn to manage your anger. This will be necessary as you grow older. When you feel yourself getting upset, count to ten. If that doesn't calm you, take a deep breath through your nose slowly (count to 5) and exhale slowly through your mouth (count to 5) and repeat until you feel calmer.
Learn to ignore those that tease you. You will be better than them if you do. It takes emotional strength to face them and not react. We all need to cultivate that strength.
