Acquired last summer (2014). I don't do anything but water it. Just three flowers but they are stunning right now. The foliage hasn't grown back since I trimmed up the dried up old growths and I have no clue if that's normal. Hard to get a good pic on a south-west exposed, light ecru wall (a lot of white-outs).

I am not being argumentative. I am correcting you!
Completely normal for them to flower before the pitchers start growing. And the spring pitchers of S. leucophylla are normally not as impressive as those which grow later in the season.
