There not much on the internet about them. I keep mine damp but not wet they don't like wet feel as far as I can tell, I grow mine in the same room that I have my orchids with lots of bright light with some early morning sun about 2 hours or so. I feed them about once a month in the summer and once or twice in the winter, I use what every plant food I have for my house plants they don't seem to be to fussy about what I feed them. I know they don't like to get cold I keep the night time temps around 68f. The will make a great hanging plant and give you lots of plants from cutting unless you want it to grow all over the place.

I have mine growing outside for now and it seems to be doing okay. I keep the soil moist and it seems to like it for the most part. It started to grow a new vine tip about 3 weeks ago and was growing like crazy. it has since slowed way down.
What concerned me was that the new leaves are a very light green. way lighter then the older leaves. is this normal? will they turn darker as they age? and some of the baby leaves that are no bigger then a dime are already starting to wilt and fall off. I have mine is bright shade for now because it is still a baby.
The night temps lately have been around 60F. is this too cold. Could this be the reason the leaves are so pale?
I dont fertilize it. should i start?

I have sown one last year because it is impossible to get a plant overhere. The germination went very well, i bought two seeds, one moulded away and the other one made a sprout. It is in my greenhouse climbing along some trellis, it's about 3,5 meter long and i just gave it a light pruning to keep it against the wall.
So far it is growing nicely, i also keep it moist, it's in orchid bark because i was afraid i might overwater it in regular compost. It get's the same food as my orchids, Akerne's rain mix. My new leaves start life in a dark purple tone, the they go light green and finally and up dark green. Oh, and i spray it like hell because mites seem to love the leaves as their home....
This will be the plants beginning of the second growing season so i have to wait and see what is going to happen with my Strongylodon, but so far, so good, fingers crossed!!

Yours look normal, they should turn darker as they get older. Your should start feeding lightly every other week until you see how it does with the fertilize you use, mine didn't do well with orchid fertilize.
