I know, it sucks. Pain about having living things. There are always something out there trying to eat or destroy them.

I don't think I have ever seen that variety of Amarylis befire. thanks for sharing.

It is very common, I don't think.
I bought them at a farmer's market who comes up to NYC every Saturday.
He imports top quality bulbs from The Netherlands, grow them out and sell them at the market.
He had this variety available only three years ago and never since.
I bought three. Only kept this one due to space issues.
and now it is diseased, it seems although it still grows and flowers very well.
