Tindomul, I have notice that you have a fascination with the genus aloe so I have added 4 pictures of aloes growing in their natural habitat in Africa which I thought you maybe interested in.

First picture is A. acculeata growing in hot dry parts of southern Africa. The large trees in the back round are baobab trees or Adansonia digitata.
Second is A. excels, the third aloe (yellow) is ferox and lateritia is the last.
Lateritis is found more in Eastern Africa and needs more wetter conditions.

THose are amazing. I need to visit South Africa. A. excels is my favourite, such a deep red!
