Mine blooms like clockwork every May, but it surprised me by blooming now as well. Probably won't go again this May, but I'm hoping.

Huh, I never detected any scent from these flowers. Thanks for the heads up, I will have to stick my nose in the tank and find out.

Intensity will vary from plant to plant, but it's usually strong enough to notice from a couple feet away. Strongest in morning to mid-afternoon, usually. I think the light source makes a difference, too. Natural sunlight seems to trigger the strongest fragrance, where as with artificial light, it will be more faint. There may be other factors that affect it as well. |

Yup mine is under artificial lights and I have never smelled anything. I will try it though.
