African Violet Pink Jade
Not sure how this should be properly named. The tag reads "Pink Jade." It is a green and gold variegated plant. The leaves alone are quite worth owning this plant. I have seen very few photos of this particular hybrid on the Internet and the ones I have seen, do not look like this. This has purple fantasy spots toward the edge and baby green halo. Low flower count this time, but this plant was in a one inch pot and drooping when I bought it this summer. It is now doing well in a 4 inch self watering pot. I find these pots are hit or miss for AVs because they don't always work well, but when they work, they work!
Thanks for looking!

Most beautiful and interesting! The variegated violets I've seen to this point have been variegated white and green.

I'm getting back into AVs myself. Check out violetbarn.com...and they have more than violets.

I'll get a picture of the leaves. At first I thought it was a fungal infection, but I took a photo to the nursery I bought it from and they assured me that it wasn't. It's only on three or four of the leaves. I was told that the more light you give them, the more variegation you get.

I want to order from them, but I'm not sure what I should get, they have too many for me to choose from! LOL!
I just happened to pick this and another plant, Mac's Rouge Rogue, for 5$ for both plants at a local nursery, so I can't complain.
