Very nice flowers and cool photos. My plumerias grew a foot this summer but no blooms. I keep buying more to keep my orchids company.

The flowers are so pretty! I wish I could smell them! Mine did not bloom this summer, either. I have had mine for about fifteen years and the blooms have come in summer, fall, winter, spring or not at all. I have no idea what causes them to bloom.

Thanks! This one grew a foot taller too then the inflo appeared in late August. I was at first more concerned it was not getting enough sunlight, when it gets dappled sun only in the afternoon. I just made sure it gets watering everyday here in my area as soon as the leaves were fully out, seems to enjoy it better that way, since it is very dry here and we get some heat wave days too. I hope I can repeat this nice growth pattern next year!
I have another plumie, lots of leaves, but not this increased height, and with no blooms. Maybe next year will try to put it in a bigger container.

Love Plumeria. Wish I had room of for one. Had one in our backyard when my dad was stationed on Oahu. Only downside was the constant whitefiy infestations.

Ah, so that's why my friend the mantid is hovering right on top of the blooms..must be aiming for the whitefly and other crawlies or fliers it can catch

Beautiful, my plumeria Gardenia bloom this year and is smells just like a gardenia, we didn't get enough heat for the other ones to do any thing.

Thanks! I was just happy to see the blooms! I thought I will run out of summer So I guess it likes the cooling temps into Fall.
