been looking for a house for over 3 months. I keep getting outbid with the small money I have to offer up and the places that people really want they are paying a lot for. Up to 10 and 15k more than what was asked. So tired of doing the paperwork and getting the bad news.
Well Ive made it to the financing part of the home that was offered up to me off the market...Whew wee all I need now is the hard approval for the financing and I'm in a new home...
I havent been excited bec I didnt want to get worked up over nothing......
but...... I can see a home with a fine new cedar greenhouse built out of the 3 car garage. The HOA says it has to have a garage door on one section. Okey its going to be an all glass garage door

The wheels are spinning and I aint even got out of the parkin lot....been a tough year for me and my plants its time to settle down ya know
