Cool! My Gloxinia is coming back now from loosing all its old leaves.

nice! the only reason i still have mine is that i was too lazy to toss it out - not realizing it was in a dormant stage over winter ( PHEW!)

so thought i would post an update of my glox leaf experiment. I now have a nice little baby plant happily growing along. problem is i can't remember if this is the one that i rooted in water or that i put in soil. because one is this nice little plant and the other is still a leaf in the dirt - not dead yet though.

Either way works fine, just like Rex Begonia or African Violet.
You can stick the leaf cutting in water or sand (has to be clean fine sand or vermiculite type of stuff to prevent rot) to get them to root.
