Help with ID for all the succulent lovers out there!

So I picked up these two succulent plants at Trader Joe's yesterday.

The only thing I can tell is that one of them looks like it is related to "Chicks and Hens" but I've never seen this coloration on them, which is why I grabbed.
It looks like a flower almost.

There are three growths, one is yellow, and the other two that are green is turning yellow a little bit.

Now the second plant, I see this all the time at TJ and a farmer's market. They are usually plain green.
This one with red tip kind of appealed to me.

I have no idea what this is called.

Anyone knowledgeable on these help me ID them?

and possibly proper care of them?

Second one looks like a regular Jade Plant grown outdoors in full sun.

First one looks like Aeonium Kiwi.
Second one is Sedum rubrotinctum (jelly bean sedum)

Fast draining soil, if using containers, do not put in very deep one, roots are very shallow. Use containers with holes. Succulents hate sitting in water. Aeoniums during warmer months go semi dormant, so it is normal to see lower leaves dropping, it will keep its central rosette, so minimal watering. They will resume active growth during Fall.

Sedum rubrotinctum can take some full sun and part shade. During summer it goes green then when it is getting colder they go color change red tipped or all over red, hence the jelly bean nickname. Easy to root, any leaf you can get and put on top of soil in shade and should grow new roots quick, especially during the warm months

By the way, after much searching, I found the name for the first one.
It is Aeonium arboretum, not kiwi.
Kiwi is much brighter, almost cream white.

Arboretum has green and yellow leaves tinted with some pink, which is exactly how mine is.

I'm so fascinated by it right now!
I'm a little bit worried and bothered by some brown scar marks on the leaves though.
I kept thinking whether or not I should get it at the store, but I've never seen it before and it was so pretty, I just bought it.

I hope it is not something bad.

Typically Aeoniums grow tall, it loves the sun, keeps following the sun The size of the rosettes varies depending on the cultivar. Some would chop the rosette,callus it and stick to the soil to keep it short. But I let my Aeoniums grow anywhich way it likes..looks more natural to me

I have not heard of Aeonium arboretum..but I grow Aeonium arboreum. This is how it looks right now, it is semi-dormant, so rosettes are tight.

How big they grow depends on how big your container gets..wider but not deep. If you keep it small, it will contain its growth to being small, due to limited root space. Our area gets mild winters too, so I can keep them outside, we got no snow. With these particular succulents, they can take the cold, as long as they do not get too wet. We have had our coldest temp at 21F and these survived, but then again it has been one dry winter.

Tarev nailed the second one ... Sedum rubrotinctum. Friends of mine suggest Sedum rubrotinctum 'Aurora'.


The same group of succ/cacti-obsessed friends were all quite sure the first one is Aeonium tricolor 'Kiwi' not A. arboreum.
