Help with ID for all the succulent lovers out there!

So I picked up these two succulent plants at Trader Joe's yesterday.

The only thing I can tell is that one of them looks like it is related to "Chicks and Hens" but I've never seen this coloration on them, which is why I grabbed.
It looks like a flower almost.

There are three growths, one is yellow, and the other two that are green is turning yellow a little bit.

Now the second plant, I see this all the time at TJ and a farmer's market. They are usually plain green.
This one with red tip kind of appealed to me.

I have no idea what this is called.

Anyone knowledgeable on these help me ID them?

and possibly proper care of them?
