If it is hot where you live, keep them watered well and in the shade. If you have a spot where it is breezy, all the better.

It's still easy if you know where to look for the option.
Click on your photo to get the single photo view. Then choose the sharing option. Take a look at my picture I've ringed the sharing option you need.
Choose the BBCode option, again I've ringed it in the next photo.
Choose the size of image you want to show in the post just below that, then simply copy and past the line below (showing in blue in the above picture) into your post here.
That's all you need to do. It should remember that you want BBCode and the size you chose for next time. When it was in Beta I gave feedback to Flickr about it remembering the options you chose and it seems they listened

I need to update my photo posting tips to show these new screen shots I think. It still shows the old Flickr version.

Fuchsia Dollar Princess by Isurus79, on Flickr
---------- Post added at 12:09 PM ---------- Previous post was at 12:07 PM ----------
Yep, that is what I was doing. It still links to the website rather than just having a picture that enlarges on the screen. However, I didn't ever scroll down for larger pic sizes, so I'll start posting larger pics so people don't have to click them to see them. Thanks!

I get rid of the link, by editing the BBCode after pasting it into my post.
Sections of the BBCode start with [url= and end with [/url] There are usually three such sections in the code Flickr generates. You only need the first one, so locate the end of the first one and delete the rest.
That's what I do every time and once you've done it a few times it gets quite easy to spot the right bit to delete.
This was the same in the old version of Flickr as well. They like you to include it because it advertises that the photo is on Flickr. However even if you remove it the picture still links to Flickr so if the reader clicks on the picture they will be taken to the photo on Flickr.

As for the new Flicker, almost everyone complains about new program features because they don't like change! I also really like the new Flicker, but posting here in OB has become difficult. I like being able to post from flicker (rather than uploading as an attachment from my computer), but I haven't figured out how to do it without having the picture lead directly to Flicker when its clicked on.
Obsession is definitely part of the orchid game!! lol
To be honest, I didn't know anything about fuchsia's until I got this one!

Beautiful!
My childhood favorite plant.
I love the color combo and such interesting flower design! I still prefer the single type than this double flower.
Have you seen pink/white color combo? also very beautiful!!!
They actually need bright light to grow and flower well. I don't know what you mean by shade, but too much shade will make the plants leggy with no flowers.
They take the heat alright as long as it is not too bad. What happens with heat is that the plant will stop flowering until the temperature cools down a little bit.
They also grow into nice little tree almost with a few years of good culture, making tons of pretty flowers.

I actually haven't seen the pink/white color combo, but it sounds pretty sweet!
As for the growing conditions, my friend who gave me this plant lives in Louisiana, which is not as hot as central Texas. I've been told that once the nighttime lows are consistently above the 70's, then the plant will struggle and probably die. Remeber, our heat down here is pretty darn hot! We'll see a month or more of triple digits and if this guy is in the sun I think it will fry. I'll most likely bring it inside during this time and then throw it back outside in early October to enjoy the balmy 90 degree temps!

Yeah, as I said, not too much heat.
I would definitely not leave this plant in the sun in the summer in Texas! lol
