Default Tax dollars at work!
These are state workers installing the steel pillars in concrete to stop veichles from parking on the pavement outside a sports bar downtown. They are now in the process of cleaning up at the end of the day and anxious to go home. How long to you think it is going to take before they realize their truck is parked inside the newly concreted pillars?

street painters that were putting a line down the middle of the road and ran right over the top of a dead coon!
