Default Tulip Time

we are going to Holland in MI - there is a tulip festival for the next 10 odd days. One farm supposedly has 5 million tulips !
My tulips are busy flowering. The yellow one is Tarda, a groundcover tulip. Everyone in Northern climes should get these - very easy to grow, they spread easily from clumps and seeds, are scented, multi-floral......and beautiful.

You're welcome to send seeds my way. I don't have a yard but my sis and parents do. As I am the only plant person in the family, I am the one that does all their plantings.

You people are way ahead of me. Daffodils anna, they do bloom earlier than tulips do and they say deer don't like them.
