The worst part is preparing all of the landscaping and plants for the blast, the poor babies aren't used to that
It's been noted here in my kneck of the woods that first "warm" days in spring (temps like 40s) folks run around in shorts and t-shirts First cool days of fall, we put on all the fleece we own. Think it's what one is used to. I can remember going down to St. Pete to visit Dad and Mom during Jan or Feb and sitting out in shorts and t-shirt trying for a quick tan and they were in sweaters and/or jackets. It was like 60s.

Default Well, for the most part

you still don't have to worry about the weather like we do, which, if you have orchids, has to be a blessing in itself. When the weather looks bad up here, I just freak out, completely driving my wife crazy.

Gregg, I start worrying about cleaning off the roof, can the letter carrier get to the front door, can I get to the trash can, might people think we aren't home, there are sooo many things to worry about this time of year. What is this "white Christmas" stuff people talk about?
