Default Please Help ID houseplant.

This is a houseplant my brother picked up from Meijer in Kalamazoo, MI.
He is curious as to what it is and some care instructions. I scoured the net and asked a couple people and they all said the same thing at first "Looks like a fern." Then I zoom in and see that it’s kind of scaly and they change their mind.
Could you guys, with your infinite wisdom, please shed some light?
Thank you in advance.

I believe it's a moss called Sellaginella.
