Rainbow in my room!
My daughter got this for her birthday and I think that it's ridiculously cool! I thought I'd share because the holidays are around the corner and it's hard to find unique gifts that will be used over and over. My kids love rainbows so this was an instant hit!
Note: The stars are from a different device (twilight turtle). Lol!

Extra blue light in the background is from tranquil turtle.

I like rainbows, too, and always run out and photograph them. I have a couple of prisms to catch the light at the right time but what you have there is really cool! Rainbows are always magical, even the science behind them.
I still haven't found that pot of gold, yet....

Thats nice. I got my daughter two that make stars, one is from a turtle too. Rainbows are next I suppose.

I haven't found the pot of gold either!! My kids love prisms that's what I was looking for online when I stumbled upon this. Sid the science kid had an episode about rainbows that made their love of rainbows grow!

We also have a tranquil turtle that projects "waves" on the ceiling, my 1 & 3 year old are in love with it because it plays music or ocean sounds; I have to admit I find it really relaxing too!
So we now have 6 machines that project onto the ceiling (2 for each child so there's no arguing). Lol!!!

Lol! Mine are only 16 months apart and both girls, people ask why I dress them the same and it actually has nothing to do with me at all. If it were my choice id I'd dress them different, but if I do the waterworks start. I thought we'd save money by having two close in age, boy, was I wrong!!
The upside is they relate to one another very well and have a playmate in the house.

Yea, sometimes I wish my little one weren't so alone. But both her mom and I were only children, its fine I think.

We had glow-in-the dark planets and stars for our kids (they are a pain to remove when painting). The projectors are really a great idea!
Prisms were everywhere when I was a kid but when my (3!) kids were little, they were impossible to find. We finally found one at the local museum.
