Flower arranging tips? Male
Default Flower arranging tips?

Every year I have an extreme over abundance of flowers in my garden, and almost all of them make great cut flowers...
I love bringing them inside and enjoying them around the house.
Ive got multitudes of vases and foliage and flower types to choose from.
My one main problem is...
I suck at arranging flowers...
Really bad...
Any tips to help me improve?
I'm not expecting to create florist quality arrangements here, but it would be nice if my friends didn't walk into my house and rearrange them for me when they see them lol...
This was today's attempt...
Which prompted me to make this thread...

Take a nice vase, cut the ends of your flowers and plonk them in. Simple as that - the more contrived your arrangement, the less natural it is.
