Chocolate also. It is done with a transfer sheet, essentially a poly sheet which has cocoa butter applied in various patterns and colors. Tempered chocolate is spread on it and allowed to set. We usually leave it on 4 hours minimum and then peel off the poly, the pattern is left behind.
