I'd love to try a dwarf pomegranate. I've never had the pleasure of seeing one in real life - just drooled over lovely examples in some of my bonsai books.

One of my books says it needs to be kept cold in winter though - 6-10 C or even lower, which is too cold for most homes unless you have an unheated room. If they don't rest properly the new growth in spring will be weak apparently.

It was 12 years old and about 14" from bottom of pot to top of tree. 8" pot if I remember correctly.
