Congratulations on the new job Gage! I work at Fishing Creek Orchids, and let me tell you, it is the most educational job ever! you will learn so much awesome stuff! and when your tired or its been a long day, you can look around and realize that you work at an orchid nursery and its the best job in the whole world! your going to love it, and if your lucky, your boss will be awesome and send you home with keikis and little things all the time!

I might be in minority here... but.... I sincerely hope that your passion for orchids won't wear out with time....

Ever wonder why people's hobbies are often so different from what they do for a living? I've recently talked to two sales persons - one working in a pet store, another -in a garden centre. And while as a customer I've been drooling over their displays, supplies, and all, when we had a chat, both of them said that at home - there's no even talk about aquariums or gardening.

wow gage happy for u...i myself work weekends at a large greenhouse now of one of the few growers from seed in my country....will be learning flasking sooon...and may make my own hybrid one day!!!!! i can relate to ur joy

Congratulations, great new job. I would take the orchid fix, over the orchidboard fix every time... but I do like working with computers so I can get a frequent fix here
