For better or for worse...

As some may know, I've had a bit of a hard work history recently. After a few more months, my partner and I decided that my health and our relationship was far more important than the job culture, which for me was toxic. I have given my notice and asked that they find my replacement while I search for a job so I can transfer the companies knowledge capital to someone else. While many have told me they wouldn't give this company that respect, I just can't do it. I am very respectful, even in the face of adversity.

Let's just hope that I can find a job to support my orchid habit, lol...!!!!
