There's lots I don't know lol. But I'm a big nature lover (and work with plants, their insects and diseases for a living), and having lived in Europe and NE part of the US, I'm familiar with the fauna and flora on both sides of the pond...

There are 3 babies in there with one more blue egg not yet hatched. Does anyone know if there is a certain time limit for the egg to hatch?

Birds normally lay one egg a day, and the mother doesn't start incubating until the entire clutch is there (so that they hatch at the same time). So they should all be hatched within a day or 2. That has also been my experience with ducks (I raised call ducks as a teen), and they often hatch with a few hours of each other. I don't know what the maxiumum would be. Could be that it a bad egg. With tame birds you could candle it to find out, but not with these wild birdies...
