Off Topic-totally duuuuuuuuuuud Best orchid !

After working with my orchids, I kept seeing other orchids that I love and, well, I realize I don't have a favorite after all. The vanda coerulescens is beginning to bloom, the new orchids, Burrageara Nelly Isler 'Swiss Beauty', Onc. Twinkle 'Fantasy', brassavola, and dendrobiums bloom multiple times a year. I think each one has reasons that make them special. You can see how it is. At least one question had a decisive answer.

I can't say that I have a favorite either. To pick only one out of my collection would be an insult to all the others because I love them all.

I'd bet a person who's never grown orchids would most likely equate their idea of an orchid or a favorite orchid to a phal because it's often featured in magazines, backgrounds of TV shows, and it's typically overstocked at so many stores. There are so many varieties that most people are unaware of. Try inviting an orchid novice to an orchid show and you're sure to see their amazed reaction of being enlightened.
