Default A Plumeria

I planted seeds two years ago and this is the first bloom I've gotten out of the five plants that have grown

That's so cool, love the star affect. A good feeling when it comes from a seed...

Very nice, and certainly worth waiting for.
I have 5 Plumeria plants also, but mine have yet to put out a single bloom this year

How long does it normally take for a plant to flower?

Very nice your very own unique cultivar time to start picking names.
Deciduous Plumerias are brilliant trees to mount winter/early spring flowering orchids on! I've started collecting a few Plumerias, but keep running into the issue of nurseries selling plants under the same cultivar name that are very obviously different. Hundreds of dollars for what are effectively NOIDS is beyond a joke.
