My favorite non-orchid flower are Peonies. All types hebacious, intersectional and tree.

Hrm...well, way to rub it in. For what it's worth, the few blooms I manage to get are the fruits of my labor - that makes them all the more gratifying.

You're better grower than I was.

I prefer white orchids even though my girlfriend loves roses very much.

Soooo many.......gardenia - fragrance #1, cool shape and the way the flower unfurls from the bud.
Passiflora caerulea - wicked neat flower, what a creation! Fragrance also wonderful.

Lillies, tulips, anthurium, irises and those cool crab spiders that hide out in them!

This in addition to orchids, right?

My favorite orchid blooms would be most any of the Richard Mueller crosses. The more star-shaped and fragrant, the better!
For non-orchid entries, that would be Zinnias and Cleome, because I always loved them when I was really young, and its a sentimental thang with me now!
Cheers,
Tony
