As far as orchids go, my favorites are Bolleas and Huntleyas (even though Huntleyas are a pain in the butt to grow). I've recently fallen in love with Anguloas and Lycastes.

Huntleyas are easy in intermediate climes.I tried them in Miami. FAIL.
