I have gradually been putting in a few perennial beds here and there. Surrounded all the trees with hostas to cut down on the trimming and mowing. We have a decent sized veggie garden. I still have lots of areas to work with. I planted a few more trees as we have sandy soil so it can burn the grass off in no time without shade.
