Very nice, all I know is do not eat it! If it has the ring around the stem its poisonous.

cool! cute mushroom - how big is that?
I'll take Tindo's advice a step further - never eat wild found mushrooms! every year on the news here, there's at least one case of people dying or becoming extremely ill from doing that, and most 'experts' say they would never do that - many extremely toxic mushrooms can look just like ones that are safe, and even the experts can't tell them apart!
And to me, anything with this color (bright yellow) would seem to be saying 'warning! don't eat me!' lol
