I do not recall it right now, but there is a nursery in the USA who sells different species of this genus...
Maybe tindomul still have the link (I think I send it to him several months ago)

Too bad I didn't know you were interested sooner, Louis -- I gave about a dozen of these away this month. (Although they were just young bulbs.)
If you're patient, and still interested next spring, I'll undoubtably have more.

Oh wow! I am very patient!
So what is the cycle? Dormancy, Flowering, Leafing? What time of the year do these things happen and when do you water. In a nutshell: how do you take car of this plant?

Interesting! I'm happy though that these never show up at a show and tell. Don't these attracks a lot of flies and dung beetles?

My understanding is that they can make due with a wide variety of light levels and conditions.
However, mine go on my completely unsheltered SW facing balconey. As such, they get full sun from dawn until around 2pm -- and my balconey gets hot enough by midsummer to blister your feet. It will appreciate a fair bit of water during this time though if I forget and it dries out completely for a few days no big deal. Regular potting soil is fine.
It stays out until the fall frosts have killed off the vegetative growth. The leaf will separate from the bulb with a fairly easy tug at that point. I then dig up the bulbs and let them dry. Afterwards they get tossed in an open box in my laundry room until spring.
Sometime in March, the bulbs start to awaken from dormancy and you will see the nub of the new season's growth start to swell. If you don't have the time to pot them up at that point, again no big deal. They'll wait. Last season I didn't finally get around to planting them until late May/early June. When you get around to potting them up, plant them deep -- the roots emerge from the top of the bulb at the base of the pointed nub.
So as you can see, they're "very demanding", fragile divas.
