I had a professor in grad school who discovered an entire new class of slime molds- in Tahiti! He was always doing field work on them. I wonder why?

I use to live way out in the woods and across the dirt road lived a bunch of cows. I've seen more then my share of mushroom hunters stumbling around with garbage bags in the wee hours. I've also seen those same mushroom hunters chased all over that pasture by the bull the owner kept with those cows. That bull was infamous for sneaking up and trying to kill anything on two legs
That's hilarious! My brother once borrowed my blender to make a puried drink of them, despite the fact that they were full of worms! These mushrooms were beautiful, huge orange with white spots.
Does your brother also have a huge hydo bill? [no orchids]

I think that your brother and my brother could be good friends. As long as your brother doesn't mind lizards!
