I am a begonia nut, and am as likely to buy begonias as I am orchids *gasp*

Moving this to the Off topic forum. Thats where people look for posts like these.

I myself only have one Begonia I found at Trader Joes. I guess I just don't know how to appreciate them. How come you like them?

Holy smokes! I have that same plant that my grandmother gave me but I had no idea what it was! Thanks for posting this Now it has a name and is no longer a NOID!!

that's mini Rex 'Little Keepsake'

thanks everyone. for some reason I don't take many pics of my begonias but I will try to take and post some more in this thread in the coming days.

nice! does it bloom all the time? I think it's a tubrous begonia - like "Elatior"
I used to have one of those and miss it - you've inspired me to grow another one.

No it has not bloomed for me since I got it. Though its leaves are turning reddish. Very pretty. I moved it a bit away from the sun though incase thats a bad thing.
How easy are these to propagate? This one had a little accident, the wind knocked it over last week and broke a few small stems off. I threw the stems into a little terrarium, they look alive still. If you want them maybe we can trade cuttings?
