Default Kew Gardens gets the Google treatment!

For those of you not aware, Kew Gardens is now ion the Google Street View facility. It apparently took two days on a hi-tech tricycle to capture it.

So if you can't visit in person you can still get a chance to visit through the ether!

Just enter Kew Gardens (UK) in the search map and zoom in. (If anyone can do a more direct link that would be cool, but I'm not sure it's possible)
Google Maps

Enjoy!

Bob, put the search in the search bar at the top and you will get a map. Then find above the zoom slider an little picture of a man. Drag that onto the map (in the big green bit which is Kew near where the pointer lands on the map). It will then show a ground level view and you can click on the images to move arround gardens.

Hopefully New York Botanical Gardens will be added at some point.
I know there's also the google art project which basically does the same thing for famous museums and galleries, so some day who knows!? Perhaps a lot more Gardens and Places of interest will be added. Which would be nice

I think I need to put some time aside! If I had it I could spend hours just looking.
