Awesome pics Camille! I love that wisteria! Is it W. sinensistoo?

Yes, I'm fairly sure that it's W.sinensis. I like the color, it's different from the standard purple. There is another one growing on the other side of the terrace, but it only just started to produce a few flowers last year. It had spent 30 years buried in a hedge of Prunus laurocerasus. Cut them down 5 years ago.

Tindo's right Camille, those pictures are fantastic, esp the wisteria! and I love the second picture Ron, it's such a striking contrast of old and new, fantastic pics all round! Unfortunately, the continued lack of rain in my part of the world is starting to take it's toll, so nothing new from me

Thanks, Jenny. You can have some of our rain! We've had twice the normal amount in April and May looks to be well above average also.

We haven't had rain since mid January, but, I'll take the drought over what is happening in the mid section of the country.

Some more ornamental Rhododendrons in bloom now. First is an Azalea, which is a type of Rhododendron.

Also some Spirea betulifolia. Very pretty in bloom.

Love this thread, it's a smile bringer!

Here's a few more from my garden, before the wind took some of the blooms off.
