Very easy, water when dry, good drainage and sun. Almost no water in winter.

No, but i can take one, when i have the time
yes, it is an outdoor plant, it receives full sun for some hours and it is protected from rain (it rots with too much water).
It is somewhat common here, but who sees the foliage doesn't guess the flower
