Very nice!!!!!! Love your Hoya and Bulbophyllum!!! The first pics are nice too. Gorgeous Monarchs too!! How old are the pics? Just wondering because I want to know if the Monarchs have started their journey north yet.

The Bletilla sure is nice. I don't know if mine survived the very cold weather we had here this year. What usually happens is that they put out buds or start to bloom and along comes a cold front and bye, bye Bletillas.

Ahhhhh, what wonderful color! Snow pulled away enough that the crocus was only a few days from flowering & hyacinths are up about 2 inches...then another snow/ice storm hit so spring is on hold again. Will be awhile before gardens here in Michigan begin to look like yours...sigh

They aren't Bletillas, those are Spathoglottis plicata. Spathoglottis plicata is also a terrestrial orchid.

Bletilla striata can be grown in a pot very easily. If you grow them in a pot, you can avoid the frost damage by bringing them in when it freezes. They can handle it down to 36 F very easily.

I just repotted one of my Bletilla striata clumps, and it is huge! Lots of multiple shoots this coming growing season.
