A Pic of my other hobby (Embroidary)
This picture is of Lathyus latifolius or sweet pea, on 36 threads to an inch linen. That's 1298 stitches to a square inch. 14 colors used. Pattern is by Maureen Appleton, The Hearts Content, Inc. I don't normally stitch that small. There's about 60 hours work invested in that little piece. Most of the one I do take years to complete and are much larger.
I tried to take some of the ones on my wall but they are behind glass. Can't get a good picture where there is not glare. I'll try again when the light is better if you're interestedI seeing more.
