Seemania sylvatica
Got this one at the end of the summer, and have been growing it indoors since in a 5 inch plastic pot. It gets lots of southern exposure (lots of sun).

Wow, that is gorgeous! I really like the bright color combined with the velvety texture. How big is it overall? Looks like maybe 14-16" incl. pot? Thanks for sharing!

Hey guys, thanks for looking. I don't know how long the blooms last. I checked up on it on Thursday and all the blooms were still there, so maybe they last a bit. As far as the size of the pot, its not that big, maybe 5 inches. The plant is probably 6-9 inches tall. I officially recommend this one for everyone!

This is a gesneriad that does well in outdoor situations in Florida. It officially went through the a few freezes in my backyard over the past few years. I have a full boarder across the back planting bed.

So far I am liking these Gesneriads. The flowers on this one are finally starting to fall off. It made a great christmas display.
