Hi there, I have an excelent book, actually 5 volumes on every kind of houseplant. My book tells me this is not an echeveria, it is (Graptopetalum Bellum), Tacitus Bellum. It found its way into cultivation in 1972, from the mountains of Chihuahua in Mexico. It grows offsets like the echeveria which you can detach to make new plants. You can also do leaf cuttings,by detaching a leaf from the outer edge of the rosette dip in rooting hormone and plant in a sandy compost.Let the plant dry out between waterings, dont get water on the leaves.Feeding is only necessary in summer, a weak standard feed every 3 or 4 weeks. Hope this is helpfull.
