Just a thought.
How and when do you water?

Sometime leaves can suffer if watered during the midday hot weather. Best to do the drenching at Dawn, and if it needs more water through the day try to water round the ground rather than over the leaves.
It's a more favorable explanation. Hoping it's not an infection.
