Who's a weekend warrior?
Does anyone else feel like they need the Monday just to recover after the weekend???? The weather was beautiful, I did a ton of stuff around the house (including cleaning out the garage!) Then went to a National Park for a day and did some nice hiking with the family. I am barely standing on all fours
any other weekend warriors?

I finally took the mower deck off my tractor to service it. Took me a very big wrench and an even bigger piece of pipe as an extension to get the bolts holding the blades loosened. Now I have to sharpen them. Right now it looks like I've been mowing with rotating baseball bats, they are that sharp.
Cleaned the garage, mowed, plowed a small strip of garden to plant peas (need to buy seed), contemplated a greenhouse addition and shade house... worked on my basement (almost ready for paint after three years). Yeah, I was kind of busy.

Don't feel bad... Last year I sharpened my blades on the mower (you could shave with them!) installed them, thought everything was great! Half way through the season I was cleaning the mower and noticed my blades in perfect condition without even a nick in them... then I realized that I installed the blade back-wards and was actually mowing with the dull side

So, don't turn them and you won't need to sharpen them.

I am envious of your weekend weather!
It was cold and cloudy friday, sat, and sunday. It has finally cleared up and it is sunny....

Thank you! Your weather becomes our weather in a few days and I hear later this week should be a great few days.

I had a great weekend. Started working all morning on Sat till around 2 pm, then I went and spent the whole day in the City, went to Earth Day events and went to the Orchid Show. Spent the whole Sunday in the City as well, in parks, walking up and down. Went back to the Orchid show to make purchases.
Today, my legs feel like mush, waaaayy too much walking and public transportation for me. I can't wait to do it again next weekend!

Tin... you're sick Get a life Really, I feel sorry for city folk even though I've spent many days in the "city" (NYC) I still feel better coming back to a small town.
