As a result of getting a kidney transplant in October of 2007 from my wife, my hobbies expanded to include cardio and lifting weights. I have now dropped the cardio and picked up another hobby--eating!! My metabolism has increased so much that I have had a tough time keeping weight on. I want to gain some muscle and the only way to do that is to eat more than you burn. I am eating 3,000-3,500 calories per day, or I can't eat enough. Of course, these are foods that are good for you, but it is still a bear trying to keep up with it. What a nice position to be in! Mmmm!
